Newcastle are in talks with Netherlands defender Sven Botman, 25, over a new contract, but Sweden defender Emil Krafth, 31, is drawing interest from FC Copenhagen.

Manchester United are tracking Copenhagen and Sweden Under-21 international winger Roony Bardghji, 18.

Sir Jim Ratcliffe, who owns French side Nice and is the prospective new owner of Manchester United, is interested in bringing 17-year-old Swedish midfielder Roony Bardghji to his Ligue 1 club after he came off the bench to score the winner for FC Copenhagen against United. Chelsea, Newcastle and Crystal Palace are also admirers.

Leicester City have held preliminary talks about signing Danish left-back Victor Kristiansen from FC Copenhagen, who might accept an initial fee of about £5-8m for the 20-year-old.
