Chelsea have already lined up a £1.7m deal to sign Chilean teenager Cristian Cuevas. The winger, 17, currently plays for O'Higgins in the Chilean Primera Division.

The agent of Chilean midfielder Cristian Cuevas has said the 17-year-old, who is rated at £3.4m by his club O'Higgins, is in "advanced negotiations" with Chelsea and could be moving to Stamford Bridge in the summer if everything goes to plan.
