French side Nantes hope to secure the signing of out-of-favour striker Arsenal Park Chu-Young, 28, and Newcastle's 27-year-old midfielder Sylvain Marveaux.

Liverpool are due to unveil French midfielder Sylvan Marveaux, after signing the 28-year-old on a free transfer from Rennes. Marveaux has put pen to paper on a five-year deal worth £60,000 a week.
