Spain left-back Alejandro Balde, 22, has decided to leave Barcelona, with Manchester United making contact over a possible move.

Manchester City, Arsenal and Tottenham are all also interested in Pedro Neto, who joined Chelsea for £54m from Wolves in 2024.

Arsenal are keen on signing Germany midfielder Julian Brandt, 29, when his Borussia Dortmund contract expires this summer.

Manchester United have reached an agreement to sell their reserve goalkeeper, Turkey's Altay Bayindir, 27, to Super Lig side Besiktas for £4.3m in the summer.

Manchester United are also looking to bolster their midfield and Newcastle's Italy international Sandro Tonali, 25, is of interest.
